My first inspiration board was for a bright and bold wedding. This one is for all the girly girls who wouldn’t want their wedding day to be anything other than romantic pastel perfection. It’s for those that want soft and pink and stunning:

Pastel Pink Perfection
Here’s a few of my ideas to help you achieve a Pastel Pink Perfection wedding:
Stationery: Romantic and elegant. Stationery from
The Hummingbird Card Company would suit.
Bride: A delicate tiara. Loose curls for long hair: think pretty and not overdone.
Bridesmaids: A pale pink with polka dots or ruffles or lace or a corsage.
Shoes: Pastel pink or white. Delicate, strappy sandals would achieve the elegant look.
Flowers: Anything pale and interesting. I love the peonies in the picture: the palest pink and white and layers upon layers of petals.
Groom/groomsmen: A simple pink flower will do it! Or a pale, pale pink tie. Can’t go too overboard on the romantic look for guys!
Decoration: Get on eBay and start collecting vintage chandeliers. It doesn’t matter if they are all different they will look awesome when put together, ideally hanging above long tables for your guests. If they’re the wrong colour then spray them the right colour! White pots of flowers in shades of pink such as in the pic look very stylish. For tablecentres go for cylindrical vases wrapped in broderie anglaise (love this!) or lace with an array of pink and white blooms and pastel hued feathers. Menus displayed in vintage photo frames. And candlelight everywhere is a necessity!
Cake: Cupcakes may be a little too casual for this affair. I think mini cakes, such as those that Anna makes, would work though. Or how about a white multi-tiered cake with ornate white icing and pink peonies to decorate?
Favours: Homemade sugared marshmallows or fancy macaroons or even pink bonbons. Pop them in a cellophane bag (box for macaroons) and tie with a piece of fancy lace.
Other ideas: Being showered in rose petal confetti exiting the church would add a romantic touch to the day.
