Paper flowers

Thuss & Farrell, Rebecca and Patrick, are a husband and wife design and photography duo. I am almost positive you will have seen Rebecca’s work before as she worked with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia for ten years, creating many a beautiful project whilst there. For a whole load of inspiration you should check out her website right here. Today I wanted to share some Thuss & Farrell projects full of pretty paper creations that are incredible inspiration for a wedding!

For the love of books…

Bookworm brides… how about pages for petals, a good book to nestle those rings in and novel folds as decor…

Glitter graffiti

I came across this amazing post last night about glitter graffiti and had to share it with you! You probably know by know I’m a fan of incorporating some DIY goodness into your wedding day. And sometimes DIY could just mean stitching up a bit of bunting or rubber stamping your invites. But I love the idea of thinking big too. You could go all out and create an piece of art for your wedding day. It would wow your guests and make a brilliant backdrop to photos. And this glitter graffiti made up of sequins may be ambitious but I actually think it’s achievable…

Sparkly and stunning! If I ever get a house I’m quite tempted to glitter graffiti up the side of it!

Confetti cute

Pinterest is great for stumbling across things you may have missed the first time around. This stupidly cute and colourful confetti-filled inspiration was featured in Styled magazine back in April but I’ve only just seen it. Doesn’t make me love it any less though. Especially as it’s entirely DIY-able…

How happy would you be if you got a wedding-day shot looking like that last one?!

Ruffled and romantic

Romantic ruffles are a wedding trend I love. There are so many ways to introduce them into your wedding: ruffled dresses for the bride and/or bridesmaids, ruffled accessories, ruffled ribbons draped around the ceremony and reception or perhaps a ruffled cake. Any colour will work with ruffles but I’ve picked pretty, pink pictures today. And rather than just show you some lovely pictures… here’s where you can learn how to make the crepe paper streamers, here’s how to ice a ruffled cake and here’s how to make your very own ruffled necklace! I’m so good to you ;)
