Jammy ceramics

I haven’t had a jammy dodger in a long time. But I’m craving one now after seeing Rebecca Wilson’s fab work! I doubt they sell them in Canada though and I’m also attempting this eat-clean health kick so I’ll just have to settle on wearing one round my neck. Luckily I can do just that and without getting crumbs everywhere…

Yep they’re different, but that’s exactly what I love about them. I can easily see the strawberries adorning brides and their maids’ necks in the summertime. And a jammy dodger is always a stupidly sweet thing to wear. Buy yours here :)

And just one more thing I have to share with you. This may be the most awesome light I have ever seen!

Folded paper

It’s amazing what paper can become. Just by folding hundreds of different pieces of paper you can achieve something this beautiful…

For the bold bride

Those looking for chic, stand-out pieces to rock on wedding day need to check out Ava Ray. Ava hand-makes all her pieces in her London studio and they’ve even appeared in Vogue UK. I don’t know if I’d be a brave enough bride to go this bold on my big day but I’d sure admire those that do…

I could perhaps be swayed by the big veil bow; a totally fab, modern version of the veil if ever I saw one! And I do love that last one with the arrowhead; a cute symbol to don on the day… as if you’ve been struck by cupid’s bow :)

A wedding for kids!

Well, not a wedding where kids get married but one that kids would love! There are some weddings where children aren’t allowed to attend (although it’s generally put across in a nicer way than that on the invite) but Gaia & Gerald’s wedding was the complete opposite.

Their wedding was even described by one guest as “the ultimate kid’s birthday party.” It was full of colour, animal silhouettes and crafty goodness. And they had too many choices for flower girl so rather than go without they had a kid parade, inviting all the children to walk down the aisle on their special day. And the best bit? The children could bring instruments, their loud voices and were asked to clap! So refreshing; I love it!
