For a long time I thought that balloons at a wedding could be nothing but tacky. But that was before I entered the world of wedding blogs. Now I know that with the right combination of shape and size, colour choice and arrangement balloons can look very far from tacky indeed. In fact they can look bloomin’ brilliant! And what a cheap way to create a feature! Well, it’s cheap for those ideas that don’t involve loads of helium-filled balloons. But even the ideas that will cost a little more look so ace it’s well worth the money…

I love the last image with the pastel coloured balloons, very striking!
I also think wedding balloons can be rather tacky – for our wedding my hubs wanted balloons. We came to a compromise by having two small clusters at the entrance to our reception.
The images you have a are fab though – I really love the last one and also the rainbow arch.
Great post, I frickin hate balloons but this collection makes them look cool again
