I’m pretty sure you’ve all heard of Style Me Pretty. If you haven’t then stop reading this blog right now and head over there! (But come back please.) It’s amazing; updated so regularly with amazing weddings I honestly can’t keep up. They have a great feature called Inspiration to Reality where their community of wedding worshippers send in inspiration boards and creatives get-together to make it into a real-life shoot. There are so many amazing wedding ideas out there that brides may not think of. So rather than wait for the right real wedding to come along the creatives conjure it up instead. It’s the perfect showcase for their talent, what they can really do. No limits.
Why am I wittering on about Style Me Pretty? Well because when I featured those (awesome) Dexter images a few Saturdays back I discovered that the photographer hosting that Dexter party was also the photographer of one of my all-time favourite Inspiration to Reality shoots. A shoot that came from this inspiration board. I love putting pretty pictures on my blog. So I asked Chelsea Nicole if I could and she said yes!
Yep, some of you may have seen it. But for those of you that haven’t you really need to see it. So here it is…

Wow. I absolutely adore the colours in this one; the rich earthy browns with the warm teal. Just perfect for an Autumn wedding. The location for this shoot was just 15 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. When I imagine a Vegas wedding this is not it! This shoot shows that Vegas can offer much more than bright lights and shotgun weddings.
The vintage styling in this shoot was based around the film The Aviator and all those that took part did an amazing job. I love the vintage keys in place of a table plan, the smaller cakes (in lieu of one big one) displayed on heavy-duty beautiful books, the feather bouquet, the stunning bride; her entire look is so gorgeously glamorous. I could go on… But you’ve seen it for yourself. Amazing right?! This one is going into the big book of ‘Ideas For When the Time Comes…’
